Living Proof Pilates

Sessions with Radiant Pilates instructors at Living Proof are personal, one-on-one and tailored to your body.

Based on the teachings of Joseph H. PIlates, you will learn to move from your "core"- the deep center of your body that may seem elusive but can be strengthened!

Through our unique combination of strength building and stretching, you will improve your posture, cultivate longer, leaner muscle, gain greater body awareness and symmetry. Pilates connects movements with your breath, helping you move with fluid, effortless energy.

Enjoy moving more efficiently, become aware of your habitual movement patterns and learn how to shift and create new patterns.

Based on our ecclectic backgrounds, we enjoy integrating our personal knowledge of dance technique, yoga, Gyrotonic, Fleming Elastics, kinesiology, anatomy and more with the Pilates Method.
